Rental items must be returned on the exact date specified. Failure to do so will incur a penalty fee.

For cancellations made 3 days before the rental start date, only 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.
Late returns will be charged a penalty fee, which will be calculated based on the item type and rental duration.
The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of the rented items. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the renter.
The rental items must be used for their intended purpose and handled with care.
